Do you Know how to Dye Fabrics?

Feb. 05, 2020

Colors make our lives look good, color our lives, and make our world no longer monotonous. Dyeing fabrics is a technical task, the color changes are infinite, and the colors of different types of dyes will be different. In general, there are 5 types of fabric dyeing. The Bedding Twill Printed Fabric Factory will introduce you in detail below.

1 natural color cloth

Natural fabrics are cloths that have not been subjected to any color treatment. Some fibers are naturally colored, such as colored cotton, linen, sisal, and so on. The requirement for these specific fabrics is to directly arrange them into fabrics that can be cut directly without color treatment.

2 bleach cloth

Natural cotton fabrics have some residual trash or cotton fabrics used for high-end clothing, so they need to be bleached to rinse the trash and make the color of the cotton fabric more uniform. . Textile bleaching is not like bleaching at home. It refers to a series of complicated procedures. The woven cotton fabric is scorched to remove excessive hairiness on the surface of the fabric, then the slurry on the fabric is washed, impurities are removed, and finally bleached. Of course, it is also possible to directly bleach the yarn and then weave the cloth, so that the woven fabric is more flat, and only the desizing treatment is required after the fabric is woven, which forms the Garment Bleached Fabric.

3 dyed cloth

After weaving, the fabric is loosened from the loom and can be sent to the dyeing factory for dyeing after inspection.

A cloth can only be dyed in one color, and each color comes out through the three primary colors, so sometimes we can see that after washing black clothes, the water is red and some are blue.

The color of the front and back of the dyed cloth is the same. If the front and back of the plain fabric are not the same color, the texture is the same, there is no difference between the front and back.

 Plain Printed Cotton Fabric

If the fabric is only monochrome, we will feel very monotonous, will it look better if there is a flower? So we have printed fabrics, the dyes of different fabrics are different, and the printing methods are naturally different. Cotton fabrics can use reactive dyes, polyester fiber fabrics (polyester) use disperse dyes, paint printing can be used on many fabrics, etc. There is also Plain Printed Cotton Fabric.

In the past two years due to the development of technology, digital printing has been born. This printing method is more beautiful and realistic, and can print and dye photos. It is deeply loved by consumers.

Different dyes have different characteristics, so pay attention to distinguishing when washing to avoid printing damage due to improper washing methods.

5 color fabric

Yarn-dyed fabrics are dyed with yarn before weaving. This weaving method is also more environmentally friendly and not easy to fade.

The fabrics dyed and woven with yarn are generally stripe-shaped, and can also be interspersed with some organizational changes to make yarn-dyed cut fabrics, yarn-dyed jacquard fabrics, etc., adding beauty to the yarn-dyed fabrics and giving the stripes Patterns are no longer single.

6 color woven fabric

Color-dyed fabrics are made of dyed fibers and then woven. Such yarns have more than one color and have a special style, but this method of dyeing takes longer and costs more.

In the past two years, the style of this color-spun fabric has also become more popular. Many sports and leisure clothing have adopted this kind of fabric, which is not easy to fade when washing and more convenient to care.

The above is the dyeing method of the fabric.
